Registration: I should like to pay for my on-line shopping by using United Transfer in future.
If you are already a customer of United Transfer, then you cannot register again because multiple registrations are not possible for security reasons. To register as a new customer, simply click on Registration in the main menu at the top of the page.
What advantages will I have as a United Transfer member?
As a member of United Transfer, you can use your customer ID and personal password to pay for purchases on all websites and in on-line shops that accept United Transfer as a payment method - SECURELY AND ANONYMOUSLY.
You will have access to your personal member's area at United Transfer. Here you can:
- View your account balance and edit your registration data.
- Change your password and your access code.
- Send 10 free basic texts each month.

Send e-mails to family and friends via your own e-mail address.

And much more besides.
How much does United Transfer cost me?
Registration with United Transfer is always free of charge.
An annual fee of EUR 1.00 will only become due once you have used the system to make your first payment. This fee is used to cover service and support costs.
The only additional payments you have to make are the amounts you book yourself, for example when ordering goods from an on-line shop.
Why does United Transfer make use of a password and access code?
For security reasons, United Transfer makes use of a password as well as an access code. You can use the access code to log into the programs and websites booked by you. You will automatically receive this access code by e-mail when booking a program. You can use your password to log in to your United Transfer personal member's area and, together with your customer ID, easily pay on-line with just a click of the mouse. You select your password when registering with United Transfer. In your personal member's area you have the option of changing both of the above at any time.
I have forgotten my access code!
Please log in to your member's area at United Transfer. There it is easy to set a new access code on the page "Password & Access code".
I have forgotten my personal password!
Please click on the "Forgotten Password" link below the login on this page and follow the instructions.
I have a transaction on my account statement/credit card statement and I don't know what it's for.
Please remember that in cases such as these a reversed transaction can incur high costs for you. First write an e-mail to service@united-transfer.com , i.e. our service centre, stating the booking number. The transaction will be verified and you will receive a message from us as soon as possible.
What is a test access?
A test access is offered by many project providers at a relatively low price so that you can first test the offer without having to pay the entire amount. Many test accesses automatically roll over into a subscription after the test period has expired. Such an extension is indicated with an asterisk (*) in the payment form. If you do not wish to have the test access roll over into a subscription, please cancel the test access 12 hours before it expires in your personal member's area.
What do I do if I want to continue visiting the project after I purchase a test access?
Once the test access is automatically extended - which will be indicated in the payment form with an asterisk (*) - you do not need to do anything. The offer will be automatically extended until you cancel it.
What does subscription actually mean?
When you have a subscription, the amounts indicated in the payment form are billed at regular intervals, as long as your project access was not cancelled. Please note that subscriptions must be cancelled two days before expiry so that the cancellation can be registered in due time before the next extension.
