Please note the following for all subscriptions and test accesses:
A standing order cannot simply be cancelled by not accepting a booking or by returning a debit advice.
Such procedures only generate considerable additional costs (see our General Terms and Conditions) and do not automatically cancel the standing order.The payment default procedure will be automatically activated in such situations and you will receive an invoice for outstanding payments.
We would thus request that you contact us as soon as possible if this occurs so that you do not incur any unnecessary costs. It always our first endeavour to find an acceptable solution if such a situation arises. Write to: service@united-transfer.com
Do I have to cancel my membership with United Transfer in order to terminate access to a project?
You do not need to cancel your membership with United Transfer in order to terminate access to a project. If your project access is for a standing order or a test access, you should cancel only this access. All other types of access do not need to be cancelled; they will terminate automatically.
If you have forgotten what type of access you have selected, simply go to your personal member area at United Transfer where you will find the relevant information.
To cancel a project access, go to the page „Your projects&ldquo from your personal member area at United Transfer and click on the corresponding „Cancel button“.
How to cancel
Please make sure that you send your cancellation notifications in good time. A current test access must be cancelled 12 hours before expiry and normal standing orders 2 days before expiry (see our General Terms and Conditions).
1. Cancelling project access
Go to your personal United Transfer member area, click on „Your projects“ and then click on the button „Cancel“ next to the project you wish to terminate.
